Cookie Policy

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make sites work, remember preferences and provide information to site owners.

We also use similar technologies such as pixels, tags and local storage; in this policy we refer to them all as “cookies”.

2. Essential cookies

These are required for the website to function - for example page delivery, security and load balancing. They cannot be switched off through our site, but you can block them in your browser settings (parts of the site may then stop working).

3. Analytics cookies

We use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site, which pages perform well and where improvements are needed. This data is used in aggregate and helps us improve the website.

4. Advertising and measurement cookies

We use advertising platforms including Google Ads and Meta to measure the performance of campaigns and, where relevant, to show ads to people who have previously visited the site. These cookies may be set by those third parties under their own privacy policies.

5. Third-party embeds

Pages containing embedded services - for example our discovery call booking tool - may set their own cookies when the embed loads. Those cookies are controlled by the provider concerned.

6. Managing cookies

Where a consent banner is shown, you can accept or reject non-essential cookies and change your choice at any time.

You can also delete or block cookies through your browser settings, and opt out of personalised advertising through your Google and Meta ad settings.

7. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the tools we use change. Questions about cookies can be sent to kieran@digisphere.co.
